Teacher Camille DeMarco will walk students through how to create an environmental art piece inspired by artist Andy Goldsworthy’s work.
This is the perfect activity to get outside and enjoy this beautiful fall weather and create art! Drop in to Zoom for an exciting virtual experience filled with creative family fun!
The event is free and open to the public.
Please register at miltonartcenter.org by Thursday, Oct. 1. You will receive a link to the Zoom meeting when you fill out the registration form.
Materials You’ll Need:
Any natural materials you can find like acorns, leaves, rocks, sticks and flowers.
If you can’t find any of these you can use water and a brush or a sponge.
Your parents phone (so they can take a photo of your art piece and email it to us so we can post it on our social media channels!)
Parents can also post it to Facebook or Instagram with the #miltonartsvoh.
MAC staff will be available to answer questions and talk about our programs.
The staff looks forward to seeing you (virtually) soon!

Events are coming back

Fitness Unlimited, which is owned by Beth Whitney and Cindy McCarthy, is now offering indoor and outdoor classes as well as open gym.
Obviously things have changed at the women’s fitness club to keep the members and staff safe. Reservations for open gym times are required and workouts are limited to one hour, due to the capacity regulations.
Cleaning happens constantly in the indoor space.
“It’s more like a boutique now,” explained Whitney.
